The Knight-Capron Library's databases are for the use of current students and employees of the University of Lynchburg. Our licensing does not allow us to provide remote access outside of current students and employees. For those who reside near to the University of Lynchburg, once COVID restrictions are lifted, you are invited to utilize our resources in-house at our guest terminal. Those living outside of the Central Virginia region may be able to find the desired access by contacting a local college or university library to inquire about in-house guest use of electronic databases. Additionally, we encourage you to look for publicly available resources, or check with your local public library for interlibrary loan services.

Students and employees who live off campus can access library databases through the library website - you'll be prompted to sign in with your Lynchburg Credentials when you click on one of our article or database links. After signing in the first time, everything should work just as it would for students and employees on campus!
