Interlibrary loan turnaround time depends on a number of factors, including material type, availability, location, day and time request was submitted, and interlibrary loan staffing.

Article and chapter requests are usually filled within 24 business hours, and will be delivered to your University email.

Requests for books, media, and other material that needs to be mailed generally take longer, averaging between 4 and 10 business days.  You will receive an email once your items are ready for pickup at the Circulation Desk.

You can check the status of your Interlibrary Loan requests via the ILL portal.
