You may use the VIVA Cooperative Borrowing Program to ask other libraries if that institution participates in inter-college borrowing.  Please remember that other libraries maintain their own policies, such as asking the person for proof of current enrollment or employment at University of Lynchburg, or restricting borrowing to one collection (such as borrowing academic books, not borrowing from their dvd collection).

You may also use interlibrary loan to access all libraries in the OCLC consortium.

VIVA covers many academic libraries in Virginia.  OCLC covers many public and academic libraries in the United States and the world.
