RefWorks add-ons, plug-ins, and browser extensions all require regular software updates. If your tool has ceased to function properly, it is likely that the software running it is out of date.
If you have inadvertently rejected an update popup, simply uninstall and reinstall the tool to get the most recent version of the software.
