If you've downloaded a book, the Library will attempt to check it back in from your device on the due date. You may have tried to access it on the last day that it was officially licensed to you. If you've ever seen a menu such as this one, you've established a due date for a downloaded book. If you know it's your own checkout which has locked the book, then you can wait until the license expires from your device, or you can attempt some of the following troubleshooting options:
- Deauthorize and un-install Adobe Digital Editions
- Download and re-install Adobe Digital Editions
- Reauthorize Adobe Digital Editions
There is also the possibility that another user has requested this book during the period when you've had it downloaded. Please contact the Library for further assistance if you can never seem to request another loan on the book.
